What is your online return policy?
We greatly appreciate you shopping with us but we currently do not accept returns or refunds once the product(s) is ordered. However, you can request to change or exchange an order before it ships, and are prepared and willing to pay the price difference if any.
What if an item is faulty?
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. However, if any products have a manufacturing defect and customer can prove it with supporting pictures. Please let us know within 5 working days of delivery at chalkdusterklc@gmail.com
Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged item. We won't accept any products that have not been cared for correctly.
What if my item/s is damaged in the shipping process?
From time to time, a parcel may be damaged (as well as the item inside the package) in the shipping process. Kindly contact us at chalkdusterklc@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged items and shipping bag within 5 business days to discuss the next steps.
